Here is where the project started, the little corner where I've been having my coffee every morning for the past 7 years. The fastest changing of all the corners: newly arrived hipsters and bankers now share these streets with Dominicans, Pakistanis, Puerto Ricans, Jews and artitsts, becoming one of the most diverse groups of people in the world to call the same corner home.
